In the colder months, knock the skin off a rice pudding.Simply tip the sachet into a pan and simmer for a spell. The rice pudding can also be eaten cold the next day, just put in a dish and add to your lunch box.

Preparation Instructions
Empty contents of sachet into a non stick saucepan. Add 250mls of cold water and bring to the boil stirring occasionally.
Simmer for 12 – 15 minutes according to taste.
